SoulCollage® Group
SoulCollage® (1st Wednesday of each month) is the intuitive art process developed by Seena Frost of creating a deck of collaged cards from found images. In this soulful group, we make and "read" collaged cards to facilitate self-exploration and encourage self-acceptance. A SoulCollage® deck is the Story of You. It is a tangible way to know yourself in all of your diversity and depth.

Healing Heart Circle
The intention of this gathering (3rd Wednesday of each month) is to create a supportive and safe place to heal ourselves and each other using the synergy of the group energy through healing touch, chanting, breathwork, energy clearing, guided visualization and heart to heart sharing.

Art & Inspiration
For artists or anyone interested in exploring personal imagery and accessing inner wisdom through art. (1st Friday of each month.) A&I offers a supportive place to play with symbols and archetypes from the unconscious to enhance creative expression. No previous art experience necessary.
