Self-Healing Techniques

In therapy you will learn effective visualization and relaxation techniques designed to promote healing and settle the nervous system. The idea is to practice getting rid of and clearing the negative, limiting thoughts and feelings (garbage) in your being, and at the same time practice filling up with positive, health promoting, light energies that make up the essence of who you really are.

The more proficient you become at doing these simple techniques, the more you will be able to align with your inner being. Suffering results from being out of alignment with your true nature. Being able to align with your inner being equates with being able to experience such things as peace, joy, freedom, love and appreciation.

Once you learn to use these techniques with focus, you can use them to counteract any disruption of your thought-feeling-energy field by any form of negativity from within or from outer circumstances.
