A Wellness Approach

Amy Sullivan, MFT, uses a holistic mind-body-spirit approach to guide
clients on their healing journey.

Mind

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and ThetaHealingĀ® techniques provide an opportunity for you to look at thinking patterns and limiting beliefs, and how they affect emotional states, behavior and physiology. You learn to quiet your mind chatter, and substitute a healthy mental state, and new, self-affirming beliefs.

Body

Guided relaxation and visualization techniques help you to connect with your physiology, relieving tension and anxiety, and settling the body. EffectiveSelf-healing Techniquesare essential to an overall feeling of wellbeing. Being able to change one's physiology and nervous system empowers you to cope with stressful situations and difficult interactions in a calm assertive manner, and feel more alive in the moment.

Spirit

Modalities, such as Art Therapy and Sandplay, use symbolic representation and work at an unconscious level, so that you can transform your concerns and conflicted feelings. Children, as well as adults, find that they can effectively express their inner experience that is beyond words, and find deeper meaning and purpose in their lives.

Anyone can access mental and emotional well-being if they are
willing to let go of faulty limiting beliefs about themselves.
